What to expect when you work here

As a Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing the store's backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system, keeping products organized and accounted for, and helping process weekly pallets. You will also handle damaged or defective products by returning them to the Fulfillment Center and reporting these items to the Inventory Control Team. Additionally, you will be tasked with providing every customer with a great experience, maintaining strong product knowledge, and offering in-depth information on product features and benefits.

Qualifications:

Our ideal Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate has:

  • Previous experience in retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and math skills for inventory and cash management.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and engage with the riding community.
  • Experience with POS systems (especially RetailPro) is a plus.
  • Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest is a bonus but not required.
