Job summary

Lynden Door is seeking a reliable Receiving Team Member to join our Materials Department at 2077 Main Street, Lynden, WA 98264. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM with overtime as needed, and offers a competitive wage starting at $21.00 per hour plus benefits.

You will schedule deliveries, perform inbound receiving inspections, label materials, transact receipts, and support inventory transfers while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Schedule delivery appointments and direct inbound drivers to unloading docks.
• Perform receiving inspections on inbound material per LDI procedures.
• Label all inbound materials upon receipt.
• Transact goods receipts and create complete receiving packets.
• Communicate material issues with the Purchasing team.
• Create transfers and replenish inventory across the campus.
• Verify accuracy of transfers and complete posting transactions.
• Conduct spot checks and item counts.
• Respond to emails in the shared department inbox.
• Create and post inventory batch adjustments.
• Support Materials Handler responsibilities as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and ensure safe working practices.
