Job summary

Lynden Door Inc. in Lynden, WA is seeking a Receiving Team Member to join our Materials Department. You will coordinate with drivers, perform receiving inspections, label inbound materials, and maintain accurate records to support smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule delivery appointments and direct inbound drivers to unloading docks.
• Perform receiving inspections on inbound material per LDI procedures.
• Label all inbound materials upon receipt.
• Transact goods receipts and create complete receiving packets.
• Communicate material issues with the Purchasing team.
• Create transfers and replenish inventory across the campus.
• Verify accuracy of transfers and complete posting transactions.
• Conduct spot checks and item counts.
• Respond to emails in the shared department inbox.
• Create and post inventory batch adjustments.
• Support Materials Handler responsibilities as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and ensure safe working practices.
