Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Corpus Christi, TX, is seeking a Receiving Specialist to help receive, process, and move merchandise from delivery to the sales floor.

The role includes freight handling, merchandising, and maintaining an orderly receiving area to support efficient store operations. The ideal candidate will lift up to 50 pounds, work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and bring a positive attitude and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving the truck and moving freight from the truck to the sales floor.
• Support pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store, and training new Associates.
• Communicate receiving needs and issues to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and organized receiving area and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview

The Receiving Specialist assists with receiving, processing, and moving merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. The Receiving Specialist is responsible for freight handling, merchandising, maintaining an organized receiving area, and supporting efficient store operations.
