Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Receiving Specialist to help receive, process, and move merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. You will manage freight handling, merchandising, and maintain an organized receiving area to support efficient store operations.

The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. A high school diploma is preferred; lifting up to 50 pounds is part of the job, with a focus on teamwork

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving the truck and moving freight from the truck to the sales floor.
• Support pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store, and training new Associates.
• Communicate receiving needs and issues to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and organized receiving area and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview

The Receiving Specialist assists with receiving, processing, and moving merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. The Receiving Specialist is responsible for freight handling, merchandising, maintaining an organized receiving area, and supporting efficient store operations.
