Job summary

Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Mobile, AL is seeking a Receiving Specialist to help move merchandise from delivery to the sales floor, assist with freight handling, and support efficient store operations.

You will maintain a neat receiving area, coordinate with Team Leaders, and help with pricing, merchandising, and store recovery. The role requires a high school diploma (preferred), ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Position Overview

The Receiving Specialist assists with receiving, processing, and moving merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. The Receiving Specialist is responsible for freight handling, merchandising, maintaining an organized receiving area, and supporting efficient store operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving the truck and moving freight from the truck to the sales floor.
• Support pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Communicate receiving needs and issues to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and organized receiving area and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
