Job summary

Maxcess is seeking a Receiving Specialist to work 1st shift. You will read production schedules and blueprints, inspect incoming goods, and ensure proper documentation and inventory control.

The role requires safe operation of cranes and material handling equipment, with duties spanning receipt, labeling, and coordination with internal teams. Ideal candidates will read and interpret mechanical documents in English, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a clean, efficient receiving area.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret production schedules and blueprints.
• Communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Operate material handling equipment safely per SOPs.
• Inspect received goods and report discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and summarize requirements from schedules and blueprints.
• Safely operate cranes, forklifts, and handling equipment.
• Inspect incoming goods for damage and accuracy; log conditions.
• Verify paperwork and match receipts to purchase orders.
• Notify relevant departments of goods received and routing.
• Assist in roll preparation and related tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and conduct periodic inventory.
