The Plant 1 Receiving Coordinator oversees shipping documents, reconciles daily production reports, and prepares transport documents for shipments, including international ones.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in admin/shipping in manufacturing or distribution, with familiarity in MRP and MS Office; forklift operation may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year in admin/shipping at manufacturing or distribution.
• Ability to use computer systems including MRP and MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret documents (safety rules, operating instructions, manuals).
• Ability to do mathematical functions and interpret Pareto/bar/flow charts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, filing, and accuracy of shipping documents.
• Prepare shipping documents, including out of country shipments; maintain orderly files.
• Enter data into BAAN/SAP accurately and timely.
• Create plan shipment documents.
• Provide backup coverage for Logistics staff when needed.
• Operate a forklift and obtain forklift license if required.
