Job summary

Behr Paint Company is seeking a Receiving Operator in the United States to coordinate receipt, transfer, and shipping of materials for production. The role involves operating forklifts (reach, clamp, and standard forklifts) and using a scan gun/tablet for cycle counts, while maintaining a clean, safe dock area.

You will work with production teams to pull materials, complete paperwork, and ensure accurate inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior forklift experience required; training and forklift certification may be provided.
• Basic computer systems knowledge; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, repeatedly, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, complete paperwork, unload trucks and store or stage materials.
• Coordinate with Filling and Milling to pull and stage materials for production.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and dock area.
• Perform scheduled cycle counts using a scan gun/tablet to support inventory.
• Operate power industrial vehicles as required during shift.
