Behr Paint Company in Heath, OH is hiring a Receiving Operator for 1st shift to coordinate receipt, transfer, and shipping of materials for manufacturing. You will handle power industrial vehicles, unload deliveries, stage or store materials, and support production by pulling items for Filling and Milling.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and willingness to train for forklift certification. SAP experience is a plus, and a strong commitment to safety is essential.

Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• Forklift experience is preferred but training and certification can be provided.
• Confident navigating basic computer systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong dedication to safety and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, transfer, and shipping of materials for manufacturing.
• Unload deliveries and stage or store materials within the facility.
• Communicate with Filling and Milling to pull and stage materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe dock/workspace during the shift.
• Complete scheduled cycle counts using a scan gun/tablet to help maintain accurate inventory.
