Job summary

Nissin Foods USA is seeking a Receiving Department Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure accurate receipt and distribution of materials, and maintain GMP and safety compliance in the warehouse. You will manage forklift drivers and office clerks, coordinate with QA and other departments, and support inventory controls and documentation.

The role includes supervising staff, conducting safety checks, and maintaining equipment and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing

Qualifications

• Must have an AA or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Able to read, interpret, and apply safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and personnel in Receiving Department, including forklift drivers and office clerks.
• Verify incoming materials and resolve discrepancies between vendor reports and receiving quantities.
• Issue daily pull orders for production staging materials and assist with related documentation.
