Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Distribution Operations in South Portland, ME. You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, driving daily operational excellence, safety, quality, and productivity within the distribution center.

You will collaborate with the Operations Manager and partner across Distribution, Transportation, and Inventory Management to ensure timely service to retail and customers, while advancing continuous improvement and talent development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in general distribution operations or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College degree preferred; supervisory experience a plus
• Certified on powered industrial equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first culture and ensure a safe work environment
• Supervise and develop your team; coach, motivate, and manage performance
• Drive operational excellence with accurate inventory flow and timely delivery
• Optimize staffing and training; support recruitment and onboarding
• Communicate shift updates and coordinate with cross-functional teams
