KYB Americas Corporation is seeking a Receiving Group Leader to manage the daily operations of the Receiving Department in Greenwood, IN. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–12 drivers, ensuring accurate inbound processing and safe, efficient inventory handling.

Responsibilities include coordinating unloading, receiving, labeling, and entering transactions in the S2K system, while maintaining accuracy, safety, and a strong customer service mindset in a climate-controlled facility.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in Receiving, warehouse, or DC operations preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Receiving Department.
• Coordinate unloading, receiving, labeling, and inventory placement of inbound freight.
• Ensure shipments are received accurately under the correct purchase orders.
