Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Leadership experience in warehouse receiving or logistics with supervision of hourly staff.
• Strong knowledge of SAP receiving processes and inventory controls.
• Experience with KPI management, root-cause analysis, and Lean methods.
• Ability to manage staffing, capacity, and operating costs; strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead receiving operations across shifts, ensuring inbound materials are received and put away safely and on time.
• Develop and manage Warehouse Receiving Team Leads; coach and train staff.
• Own SAP receiving processes and resolve system issues and backlogs.
• Plan resources and capacity to meet inbound demand and cost targets.
• Protect inventory accuracy through verification, labeling, and reconciliation.
• Own receiving performance management including KPI definitions and corrective actions.
• Enforce safety and 5S, OSHA and EHS standards across operations.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve material flow and dock utilization.
