The position requires leading a team, coordinating workflows, and maintaining a safe, organized receiving area in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Understanding of receiving processes and inventory control.
• Ability to lead or supervise a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving operations to ensure accurate processing of shipments.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate receiving records to support inventory accuracy.
• Monitor activity to identify discrepancies or process gaps.
• Supervise receiving staff to ensure adherence to procedures and performance expectations.
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow for receiving operations.
• Handle discrepancies including damages, shortages, and documentation issues.
• Support audit readiness and compliance with policies and controls.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
