Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking an Assistant Receiving Manager to oversee daily warehouse receiving operations and ensure accurate documentation and inventory control. You will help lead the receiving team and coordinate workflows to meet delivery schedules and safety standards.

The role demands attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support daily receiving operations to ensure accurate processing of incoming shipments.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation.
• Maintain receiving records and support inventory accuracy.
• Identify and report discrepancies such as damages or shortages.
• Provide guidance to receiving staff during daily operations.
• Assist with scheduling and workflow coordination for receiving activities.
• Ensure receiving areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Communicate operational issues to management.
