• Prioritize activities of warehouse staff to meet daily and weekly goals.
• Inspect warehouse conditions and equipment; take corrective action.
• Plan and enforce warehouse safety and security principles.
• Assist HR with interviewing and training of new staff.
• Monitor reports and maintain inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage labor scheduling and monitor labor costs.
