Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of item descriptions and counts for all shipments.
• Ensure accuracy of UPC numbers for all shipments.
• Fill out Manifest/Bill of Lading accurately.
• Maintain IBT Seal Log for deliveries.
• Run Order Pool to keep on-time Purchase Orders.
• Record and file all incoming and outgoing Purchase Orders.
• Keep GRB and AVs current and accurate.
• Daily entry of receivings in Receiving CRT.
• File all Driver Logs.
• Schedule deliveries for Receiving CRT Clerk.
• Perform monthly self-audits and address action items.
• Coordinate with Logistics Department.
• Unload, verify, record, and label cross-dock pickups.
• Enforce safety policies and HACCP guidelines.
