• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and maintain store organization.

• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and stocked on the floor.
• Maintain backroom organization and safety standards.
• Collaborate with management to meet store goals and priorities.
