Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Commack, NY is seeking a Store Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will coordinate truck deliveries, train Associates, and ensure merchandise is accurately tagged, hung, and stocked on the sales floor. The role requires strong communication, organization, and team collaboration with the ability to multitask and lift heavy items as needed.

• Maintain backroom organization and safety/compliance standards.
• Promote store shrink reduction goals and loyalty programs.
