Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. Homesense store in Riverhead, NY is hiring a Merchandising Associate to execute receiving and shelf standards while delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will support a fast-paced team and help keep our store clean and organized.

Responsibilities include tagging, stocking, prioritizing tasks, and training new Associates. Flexible schedule required, including nights and weekends; prior retail/leadership experience a plus; starting pay ranges $18.00–$18.50 per

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months of leadership experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Tag, hanger, stock merchandise and communicate priorities to the team.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Promote safety and uphold store policies and procedures.
