HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a motivated associate to support receiving and merchandising processes, ensuring efficient operations and an excellent customer experience.

You will work to maintain organized backrooms, tag and stock merchandise, and train team members while upholding store standards. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and a willingness to learn across departments within the HomeGoods location in Commack, NY.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Delivers excellent customer experience through engagement and interaction with customers.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded correctly.
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment processes.
• Communicates priorities and progress updates with management.
