Job summary

Rite-Hite Corporation in Horn Lake, MS, seeks a Receiving Supervisor to manage inventory flow, dock operations, and cycle counting on the production floor. You will lead warehouse staff, coordinate with Buyers/Planners, and ensure materials availability for manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or 3-5 years related experience.
• Lean Manufacturing experience desired, especially related to logistics/replenishment/PFEP/kanban/pull systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the processing of all inventory transactions.
• Maintains required supply of parts to support shop floor.
• Establishes inventory levels with Buyer/Planners; notifies reorders.
• Manages master, shipping, and build scheduling.
• Communicates order status and materials availability line side.
• Maintains cycle counting program and generates reports.
• Investigates and resolves inventory discrepancies.
• Provides daily direction to warehouse and shipping personnel.
• Ensures shipments and receipts are posted daily; coordinates carrier pickups.
