Intervala, LLC is seeking a Material Handler – Receiving to manage the intake, inspection, and documentation of incoming materials in a high-volume environment. You will ensure accurate inventory records and proper storage, enabling efficient flow from receiving to production and shipping.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with basic MS Word/Excel and the readiness to learn inventory systems is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of material handling/warehouse/receiving experience.
• Experience with receiving materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and check for damage.
• Verify quantities and part numbers against packing lists.
• Document receiving transactions and update inventory records.
• Move materials to storage locations and to production/shipping as needed.
• Follow FIFO for storage and issuing materials.
• Support shipping activities and prepare products for shipment.
