Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking a Receiving Manager to oversee daily receiving operations in our San Jose facility. You will ensure accurate processing of shipments, proper documentation, and inventory accuracy in alignment with company standards.

You will supervise staff, coordinate workflows, monitor discrepancies, and support audit readiness while maintaining a safe and organized receiving area.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Strong understanding of receiving processes and inventory control.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving operations to ensure accurate and efficient processing of incoming shipments
• Ensure all deliveries are verified for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation
• Maintain accurate receiving records and support overall inventory accuracy
• Monitor receiving activity to identify discrepancies, errors, or process gaps
• Supervise receiving staff to ensure adherence to company procedures and performance expectations
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow for receiving operations
• Ensure proper handling of discrepancies, including damages, shortages, and documentation issues
• Support compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and operational controls
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing receiving operations in a high-volume environment
• Familiarity with audit standards and inventory controls
• Background in retail, wholesale, or distribution operations

Work Environment / Expectations

Primarily warehouse or receiving environment. Requires standing, walking, and handling product for extended periods. May require schedule flexibility based on delivery schedules and business needs.
