Jetro Restaurant Depot in Milwaukee is seeking a Receiving Manager to oversee the daily receiving operations in our warehouse. You will ensure accurate processing of shipments, proper documentation, and compliance with company standards to support inventory accuracy and audit readiness.

You will lead a team, monitor performance, and coordinate workflow, while maintaining a safe, organized receiving area and adapting to delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Strong understanding of receiving processes and inventory control
• Experience leading or supervising a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deliveries are verified for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation
• Maintain accurate receiving records and support overall inventory accuracy
• Monitor receiving activity to identify discrepancies, errors, or process gaps

• Coordinate scheduling and workflow for receiving operations
• Ensure proper handling of discrepancies, including damages, shortages, and documentation issues

Work Environment / Expectations

Primarily warehouse or receiving environment. Requires standing, walking, and handling product for extended periods. May require schedule flexibility based on delivery schedules and business needs.
