Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year similar experience.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, employees, vendors and buyers.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest and proportions.
• Computer literate and proficient with basic software.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Commitment to company values and strong customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and monitors deliveries.
• Coordinates returns, rejections and credits via phone, in person or email.
• Inputs high volumes of information into computer systems accurately and timely.
• Checks quantities against purchase orders and specifications.
• Records shortages and discrepancies and reports them to supervision.
• Provides friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
