Job summary

FOX Factory in Kansas is seeking a Receiving Associate to support receiving operations by inspecting, processing, and distributing incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and inventory integrity.

You will verify shipments, report damaged or discrepant materials, coordinate movement to storage locations, operate material handling equipment, and assist in organizing receiving areas. HS diploma required; 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and lift/move materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition.
• Identify and report damaged or discrepant materials and assist in resolving shipment issues.
• Coordinate the movement and distribution of received materials to designated departments or storage locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling, tracking, and documentation of incoming and returned materials.
• Operate material handling equipment, including tier-lift trucks and hand trucks, to transport materials safely throughout the facility.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining receiving and storage areas to support efficient operations.
• Provide guidance and support to team members involved in receiving activities as needed.
