Job summary

Responsibilities

• Unpack and examine incoming shipments, record shortages, and coordinate with shipper to rectify damages.
• Route items to appropriate departments and keep records of incoming shipments.
• Operate forklift or hand truck to move shipments from receiving to storage or work areas.
• May direct others in receiving activities.
