Job summary

Fleet Farm in Blaine, MN is seeking a Receiving Lead to manage inbound freight and oversee receiving operations. You will act as the main contact for inbound/outbound freight, train the team, and ensure accuracy and efficiency in receiving processes to support stock readiness by the Logistics Team.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail/logistics supervision, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
2 years of retail, logistics, or warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to direct and motivate a diverse population including full-time and part-time team members.
Demonstrated ability to act decisively, implement solutions, multi-task, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee inbound freight receiving to ensure availability for stocking by Logistics Team.
Serve as main contact for inbound and outbound freight.
Maintain organizational integrity of the receiving area.
Train and coach team on receiving processes; plan daily activities.
Assist in Return to Vendor/Return Processing and provide input on team performance.
Collaborate with Logistics, Yard, and Inventory Control teams to resolve discrepancies.
