Misfits Market in Texas is hiring a Receiving Lead to support a diverse warehouse team. You will oversee daily tasks, coach teammates, and ensure safe, efficient handling of inbound shipments using PIT equipment.
Reporting to the Senior Warehouse Manager, you’ll coordinate cross-department workflows, inspect shipments, document discrepancies, and help maintain accurate records while upholding safety standards and regulatory compliance.

As a Receiving Lead at Misfits Market, you will be responsible for supporting a diverse and talented warehouse team through your strong communication and organization skills.
The Receiving Lead reports to the Senior Warehouse Manager and plays a crucial role in the on-time delivery of our customers’ orders. Your primary responsibility will be to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) equipment to unload and inspect all inbound trailers using safe operating procedures and accurately move products to their correct location based on temperature and warehouse storage requirements. You will support the Sr. Warehouse Manager by organizing team members to maintain an optimal workflow throughout the day. Your position may also include coaching and training new team members.
