Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Receiving Coordinator in Sugar Land, TX. The role focuses on putting away materials and managing daily operations per SOPs while meeting receiving targets.

Responsibilities include verifying shipments, updating SAP and MES records, and assisting the team to achieve department goals. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, with full-time temporary employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics preferred.
• Experience in stocking, loading, shipping and receiving is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate) required.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and verify shipment accuracy.
• Record details in SAP, MES, and GR files.
• Resolve shipment issues and contact shippers as needed.
• Manage lab coats and barcode check-in/out.
• Replenish daily lab supplies to meet demand.
• Support supervisor and coworkers in meeting targets.
• Report incidents to supervisor immediately.
• Perform other duties to meet department goals.
