Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior warehouse experience.
• Proficient with Excel and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and verify quality and count against supplier records.
• Record and verify items loaded for receiving.
• Maintain receiving records for categories like goods returned and pallets.
• Maintain shipment data in database for orders and billing documents.
• Notify supervisor of major discrepancies or over-shipments.
• Transport materials on the dock using a hand truck or other vehicle.
• Load trucks or railroad cars using a forklift.
• Perform other clerical duties as needed.
