SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking a dependable Receiving Associate for 1st shift (7:30AM-4PM) in Wisconsin. You will unload freight, verify parts, quantities, and revisions, and record receipts in the MRP system. The role emphasizes meticulous documentation, inventory control, and safe operation of forklifts.

The ideal candidate has forklift experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-moving warehouse environment.

Competenze

• Previous forklift experience.
• Proficient with MRP/inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail with part numbers and quantities.
• Ability to recognize and address material-handling and inventory issues.

Mansioni

• Unload incoming freight and complete receiving documentation.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, revision levels, and quality against POs and blueprints.
• Receive materials into the MRP system accurately.
• Maintain accurate receiving paperwork and inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and material movement to prevent discrepancies.
• Label and route materials to correct locations.
• Safely operate forklifts and related equipment.
• Cross-train in Shipping and basic packaging.
