Job summary

Team Industries, Inc. in Kaukauna, WI is seeking a dependable Receiving/Inventory Clerk to verify shipments, unload materials with a rough terrain forklift, and input data into the computer system.

You will collaborate with vendors, maintain accuracy of counts, and back up the Receiving supervisor as needed. This on-site role requires attention to detail, good communication, and a practical mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Experience with rough terrain forklifts.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and reliable team member.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive rough terrain forklift to unload and move materials.
• Compare information and counts against bills of lading and invoices.
• Unpack, inspect, and report damaged items; record shortages.
• Route items to the correct department or yard location.
• Read CMTRs and input data into the file system.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain missing paperwork.
• Input receipts into the computer; assist Receiving supervisor as needed.
• Order shop supplies and maintain the consumable crib.
