Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Colorado store. The role involves unloading, auditing, and staging product to recover store inventory, with both full-time and part-time positions available.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, forklift familiarity, and strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in varying weather and fast-paced conditions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or mandatory.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attention to detail is important for accuracy.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Extended hours during peak seasons may be required.

Responsibilities

• Stage products for counting and inspection.
• Complete receiving paperwork accurately.
• Store products properly to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation within the warehouse.
• Demonstrate safe lifting practices and SOP compliance.
• Complete department and equipment training (forklift certified).
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
