Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to assist warehouse operations at our store. Responsibilities include unloading, auditing, and staging products to recover store inventory. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse experience and forklift certification, with strong communication and detail orientation. The work environment includes varying weather conditions and peak-season extended hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience driving a forklift is preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with Floor & Decor's core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
• Demonstrate safe lifting practices and basic SOP compliance.
• Complete department and equipment training (forklift certification).
