Job summary

Family Farm and Home is a family owned retailer based in Michigan, operating 71 stores across several states. The Receiver role supports inventory accuracy, backroom organization, and safe loading/unloading of merchandise to ensure efficient store operations.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills, be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate forklift/pallet jack with proper licensing to maintain smooth receiving processes.

• Operate forklift and pallet jack safely with proper licensing.
• Maintain backroom organization and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with stocking freight and processing damage claims.
• Handle customer service calls and maintain related paperwork.
