Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with store receiving, accounting, and distribution procedures.
• Knowledge of WFM quality goals and food safety standards.
• Ability to educate team on product knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and IRMA.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Verify product against Purchase Orders/invoices.
• Confirm product integrity and conditions.
• Check product temperatures when needed.
• Stamp, file, and distribute invoices.
• Close purchase orders in store purchasing system.
• Follow store Receiving standards and procedures.
• Support accounts payable with vendors and reports.
• Assist with accounting during inventory/period close.
