Wenger Corporation in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Receiving Associate to handle incoming product, inspect for accuracy, and ensure proper delivery to the correct department. The role begins with a high school education and requires experience in receiving or materials management, plus forklift readiness.

Typical day includes inspecting goods, unloading, tagging, and updating systems, with 7am–3:30pm shifts and full-time status. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience receiving product and/or materials management.
• Forklift experience or willingness to learn to operate a forklift.

Responsabilités

• Inspect incoming product for damage and completeness of order.
• Safely unload products from carrier.
• Check order against Purchase Order for accuracy.
• Properly identify and tag products.
• Distribute products and materials to storage locations.
• Replenish stock materials as needed.
• Identify receiving nonconformities and initiate corrective actions.
• Update Receiving System daily.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts.
