Job summary

Wenger | J.R. Clancy is seeking a Receiving Associate to enhance our customer experience by managing product receiving and inspection.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, along with experience in materials management and a willingness to operate a forklift. You will be responsible for inspecting incoming products, ensuring orders are complete and accurate, and assisting in the distribution of products to appropriate storage locations.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience with receiving product and/or materials management is required.
• Previous forklift experience or willingness to learn is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming product for damage and completeness of order.
• Safely unload products from carrier.
• Check accuracy of order against Purchase Order.
• Properly identify and tag products.
• Distribute products to appropriate storage location.
• Replenish shop with stock materials as needed.
• Identify product nonconformities and initiate corrective actions.
• Update Receiving System daily.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts.
