Job summary

AFL is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to handle materials, use hand-held scanners, and manage data entry for inventory flow. The role supports cycle counts, planning, and movements of WOP/WIP goods across warehouse and manufacturing functions.

The position requires forklift experience and proficiency with MS Office and Oracle, with strong communication and teamwork to meet tight deadlines in a busy facility in Duncan, SC. Monday–Friday, on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse experience with cross-functional exposure.
• Minimum of 2 years forklift experience (propane and battery/electric sit-down models).
• Cycle count experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• MS Office including Excel; Oracle and handheld scanner experience desired.
• Strong communication skills; ability to interact with multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Safe handling and transport of high value, oversized products using mobile equipment.
• Put-up to appropriate inventory locations using hand-held scanners and data entry.
• Support raw material cycle counts and supply/demand planning.
• Support incoming/outgoing WOP and WIP goods.
• Collaborate across Gateway, stock, puller, receiving/inventory control and shipping to support Warehouse/Logistics needs.
• Cross-functional responsibilities to include throughput and inventory control.
