Job summary

Essintial Enterprise Solutions, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Clerk to help manage inbound shipments, RMAs and POs with accuracy. You will operate warehouse systems, document receipts, and ensure proper labeling and storage in a fast-paced environment.

You will lift up to 70 lbs, stand for long periods, and use pallet jacks and other equipment. This entry-level role offers hands-on growth within an inventory-focused team dedicated to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document inbound shipments, including RMAs and POs, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Track and maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems
• Safely operate warehouse equipment to handle, move, and store goods
• Inspect received goods for compliance with company standards and report discrepancies
• Organize and label inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards
• Perform additional warehouse-related duties as needed
