Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive products, count stock, and maintain accurate records. You will count, store, pack/unpack, and label stock items, inspect for damage, and coordinate with Purchasing to address shortages and late deliveries as needed.

This full-time role requires physical activity such as lifting, standing, and occasional travel, in a Bucks County facility, with a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Specialized skills training/certification may be required.
• Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Receives, counts, and stores items.
• Records receiving data using computer.
• Packs, unpacks, and marks stock items using labeling equipment.
• Identifies incorrect/short shipped items and notifies supervisor.
• Delivers products, supplies, and equipment to designated area.
• Verifies computations against stock counts.
• Examines and inspects stock items for wear and defects.
• Coordinates with purchasing to track shortages for late/slow delivery.
