Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will load/unload materials, pick orders, prepare shipments, and ensure items are securely packaged for pickup or delivery at our Mechanicsburg site.

You may operate forklifts and other equipment, while maintaining a clean, safe work area and assisting customers, installers, or subcontractors as needed. This is an on-site role with potential vehicle use for material pickup/delivery.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, sorts, picks, stocks, stages, and transports materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Prepares items for shipment or customer pickup by securely packaging materials.
• Verifies product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping.
• Installs protective devices to prevent damage during transport.
• Operates forklifts or other material handling equipment to move goods safely and efficiently.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area in accordance with safety policies.
