Job summary

Kdmpop in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Receiving & Inventory Clerk for 1st shift. You will receive materials, verify against packing slips, unload with a forklift, and maintain inventory accuracy to support production.

The ideal candidate has forklift experience, keen attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse. On-site with occasional overtime; starting pay $18–$22 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of receiving, inventory, warehouse, or material handling experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of forklift operating experience.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and interpret packing slips, purchase orders, inventory records, and receiving documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Unload incoming deliveries using a forklift.
• Accurately receive materials into inventory management systems.
• Label, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and system updates.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Supply raw materials and components to production as needed.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain organized receiving, warehouse, and inventory storage areas.
• Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and 6S standards.
• Work collaboratively with Purchasing, Production, Project Management, and Operations teams.

Receiving & Inventory Clerk - 1st Shift

The Receiving & Inventory Clerk is responsible for receiving incoming materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing warehouse inventory, and ensuring materials are available to support production operations. This role plays a critical part in inventory control, material flow, and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Location

• Full-Time, On-Site

Schedule

• 1st Shift 6 AM to 2:30 PM
• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required to support production demands and customer deadlines

Compensation

• Starting at $18 to $22 per hour
• Based on experience and qualifications
• Overtime opportunities available
