Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Kennesaw store. You will unload, audit, and stage product to recover store inventory and help ensure accurate receiving documentation.

The role supports both full-time and part-time schedules, with base pay starting at $15 per hour and higher pay based on experience. Responsibilities include staging products for counting, maintaining safety procedures, and assisting with inventory rotation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification/experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Ensure products are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Demonstrate safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete required training (forklift certification).
