Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations in our store. You will unload, audit and stage products, ensure accurate receiving paperwork, and help rotate inventory while following safety procedures.

The role offers both full-time and part-time positions; base pay starts at $15 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience, and requires forklift certification and reliable performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is preferred and forklift certification may be required.
• Effective communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in varying weather and a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading, auditing, and staging product to recover store inventory.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Complete receiving paperwork properly and accurately.
• Store products to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation within the warehouse.
• Follow safe lifting practices and SOPs.
