Job summary

CHASE Staffing is seeking a Receiving & Inventory Associate in Ellenwood, GA to support material flow, inventory accuracy, and production readiness by receiving, verifying, and staging inbound materials within the ERP system.

This role contributes to efficient operations and on-time project delivery, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00am to 2:30pm. Forklift/pallet jack experience and the ability to lift 50 lbs are preferred; ERP experience is a plus.

Job Summary:

Chase Staffing is currently seeking a Receiving & Inventory Associate in Ellenwood, GA! This candidate will be responsible for supporting efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and production readiness by ensuring all inbound materials are received, verified, organized, and staged directly correctly within the ERP system and warehouse. This role directly supports operational efficient and on-time project delivery.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receiving & Material Handling:

• Assist with unloading inbound shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Verify quantities and materials against packing slips and purchase orders
• Identify and report damaged or incorrect goods
• Assist in inspection of incoming materials for quality and accuracy
• Accurately stage materials for receiving, and delivery to proper location

Inventory Control & ERP Support:

• Assist with receiving transactions and inventory updates in warehouse system software
• Accurate labeling and identification of all materials
• Help ensure proper bin locations and inventory organization
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits, especially within the stock area

Stock Area Operations (Fasteners, Adhesives, Smallwares):

• Support day-to-day operations within the Cage area
• Monitor stock levels and notify Inventory Team of shortages or discrepancies
• Maintain proper organization and labeling standards
• Assist in implementing and maintaining min/max inventory levels

Kitting & Production Support:

• Assemble Partition kits based on project requirements, checking accuracy & labeling
• Pull non-sheet goods materials for work orders using INNERGY (Request & Fulfill)
• Coordinate with team members to meet project timelines

QUALIFICATIONS Required:
