Job summary

CHASE Staffing is seeking a Receiving & Inventory Associate in Ellenwood, GA to support material flow, inventory accuracy, and production readiness by receiving, verifying, and staging inbound materials within the ERP system.

This role contributes to efficient operations and on-time project delivery, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00am to 2:30pm. Forklift/pallet jack experience and the ability to lift 50 lbs are preferred; ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High level of personal accountability and work ethic.
• Ability to follow direction and execute tasks with consistency.
• Basic computer skills (ERP experience a plus, INNERGY preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Material Handling: Assist with unloading inbound shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks; Verify quantities and materials against packing slips and purchase orders; Identify and report damaged or incorrect goods; Assist in inspection of incoming materials for quality and accuracy; Accurately stage materials for receiving, and delivery to proper location.
